| FINANCIAL DATA |

We bill you for our services by charging your Credit/Debit Card using PayPal Electronic Invoices OR a PayPal Virtual Terminal. |

Any financial information sent across a public network is encrypted using a minimum of a 128bit DES key. |

In order to process your payments with the PayPal Virtual Terminal, you will need to provide us with your Credit/Debit Card information which we will request via a telephone call (this is not the case with Electronic Invoicing where you input your card details via secure session link directly with PayPal in which case no card details are provided to us). |

Prior to making such a telephone call to you we will send a code word to the email address you have provided to us and we will confirm this code word to you when we establish telephone contact with you. |

We retain Credit/Debit Card data as described in section (5) above. |

Your Credit/Debit Card information will be retained by us for the duration of our Service Agreement with you to enable us to automatically bill (or make refunds) at the rate you have agreed with us in your Service Agreement. This information will be deleted once our Service Agreement with you expires or you choose to cancel prior to natural expiry.

As a courtesy to you, we may provide links to 3rd party websites. Should you decide to use such links you understand that INeedLeads (Digimedia Ltd) is not responsible for the content on these sites which will operate under their own data collection and data use policies over which we have no control.

When such changes are made we will inform all customers who have an active Service Agreement with us by email that a change has been made.
